The ground floor of the home features a large billiard room at the front of the property, the perfect space for a spot of pool and to sit on the outside patio enjoying the views and a quiet glass of bubbles or local drop.

To the rear is a large lounge room complete with sink, T.V and sliding glass doors which lead to the rear outdoor entertaining area. Lovely gardens and soft, green lawn await the kids to play on. The large, sofa/lounge in this room also doubles as a queen-sized sofa-bed, should the need arise.

Up the stairs to the first floor and youre greeted with a designer kitchen, complete with large island bar, a lounge area taking full advantage of the elevated views across the ocean and an adjoining, formal dining room. For more casual dining on those balmy summer nights, the large outdoor table on the deck, together with BBQ, will fit the bill.

The first floor also features the main bedroom complete with sumptuous king-sized bed, full ensuite and walk-in robe plus offering full sliding glass doors out onto the deck with magnificent views across the glorious ocean and into the evening sunsets. Imagine lying awake on a hot summers night, doors open and the only sounds are the waves crashing onto the shore in the distance.

A fourth bedroom, at the rear of the property on the upper level, features another luxurious queen bed and has access to the open air, rear deck of the home. A third full bathroom on this level doubles up as a powder room for guests.

We are only able to offer a minimum 2 night stay but unfortunately this is not possible over Easter and Christmas. Please check the minimum lengths of stay during these periods.

Unfortunately we dont allow pets, and there is strictly no smoking permitted inside the home.
