The bedrooms are set up with the following configurations and are all positioned on the ground floor:


Bedroom 1 is at the front of the home and features a luxurious, queen bed.
Bedroom 2 , which is separated from bedroom 1 by a spacious bathroom with indulgent and deep, free standing bath, also features a very comfortable and luxurious queen bed.
Bedroom 3 offers a bunk bed for 2 and
Bedroom 4, two sets of bunks in a very spacious bedroom indeed.


Location also on the ground level is a large, lounge/entertaining room together with a quite spacious, kitchenette not far away effectively making this area of the home pretty well self-contained, should you so wish.

The ground level also features a laundry room, complete with washer and dryer, a separate bathroom containing a shower together with w/c.

Take the stairs up to the first level, tap the switch on the wall to the family area and up come a wall of blinds automatically. As they rise, youre greeted with the most glorious and vivid, ocean views imaginable. With floor to ceiling glass, from one side of the building to the other, stepping out onto the spacious balcony, which wraps around the front of the home, only takes you closer to the deep blue in front of you. This is where youll want to entertain your guests.

Should the weather dictate that dining inside is more appropriate, that too is an easy choice to make. And who says beachside holidays can only be taken in the summer, I can only imagine sitting all warm on cozy in front of the fire, glass of local red in hand, watching a storm front roll across from Kangaroo Island in the distance and arriving on the doorstep. Rugging up the next day when all is calm again, with thick jacket and scarf, taking a stroll along the beach for as long as you dare. Yet another pleasure of winter in Sellicks Beach.

Spend some quality time in the upstairs family room, or perhaps while away the hours out on the balcony, glass of local wine in hand, enjoying the views while the kids hang out elsewhere on the property.

For easy meal prep a fully equipped kitchen is ready to go, with premium appliances, dishwasher and microwave, plus tea coffee making facilities and no shortage of crockery, glassware, bowls and those all-important serving platters for putting together your own local tasting plate. Plus, youll find a barbeque out on the balcony.

Of course, if youd prefer to let someone else do the cooking for you, theres an array of eateries in and around the local area.

We are generally only able to offer a minimum 2 night stay but unfortunately this is not possible during peak periods ( Easter/Christmas etc).

Please check the minimum lengths of stay during these periods.

Unfortunately we dont allow pets, and there is strictly no smoking permitted inside the home, or on the balcony areas.

**Please also note that we have a strict; No unauthorised functions or parties.** Penalties and possible civil action may be taken for breaches. If you are hosting perhaps a more formal, private event however, we would love to discuss this with you and will be more than obliging for appropriate functions.

A Security Bond may also apply.

About the Area

Sellicks Beach is where the Mount Lofty Ranges meet the sea. Steep cliffs soon give way to a long expanse of sandy beach. This part of the coastline is renowned for its plentiful fishing and boat launching facilities. Cars with beach passes are also permitted on the beach below the Esplanade.

Not just a summer destination, the vast network of southern Fleurieu beaches offer an array of coastal walks and trails, equally as enjoyable while the sun is shining or rugged up in winter, hot coffee in hand.

But thats not all. The Fleurieu is a true cultural melting pot that invites visitors to completely immerse themselves, and youll find a huge range of family-friendly activities and adventurous pursuits to enjoy.

For those that like to explore, nearby historic Willunga is home to an award-winning Farmers Market, held every Saturday morning, while its charming main street offers up an eclectic array of boutique stores, many housed in charming heritage-listed buildings and full of handmade arts and crafts.
