The bedrooms are set up with the following configurations:
Bedroom 1 is the main with a luxurious, queen bed. Bedroom 2 features a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 3 is similar with a double bed and a single bed whilst Bedroom 4 features a double bed and 2 singles.
With several living areas to choose from, theres plenty of space to spread out and relax either upstairs, on the ground level or out on the lawns in the fully fenced and secure gardens. Theres an enclosed BBQ Entertaining room too with space enough for 12 to enjoy a feast. Theres even a servery to pass meals out onto the front lawn, from the outdoor kitchen area.
Spend some quality time in the upstairs family room, or perhaps while away the hours out on the balcony, glass of local wine in hand, enjoying the views while the kids hang out elsewhere on the property.

We are generally only able to offer a minimum 2 night stay but unfortunately this is not during peak periods ( Easter/Christmas etc).
Please check the minimum lengths of stay during these periods.
Unfortunately we dont allow pets, and there is strictly no smoking permitted inside the home, or on the balcony areas.
**Please also note that we have a strict; No unauthorised functions or parties.** (Penalties and possible civil action may be taken for breaches) If you are hosting perhaps a more formal, private event however, we would love to discuss this with you and will be more than obliging for appropriate functions.
A Security Bond may also apply.

About the Area
Sellicks Beach is where the Mount Lofty Ranges meet the sea. Steep cliffs soon give way to a long expanse of sandy beach. This part of the coastline is renowned for its plentiful fishing and boat launching facilities. Cars with beach passes are also permitted on the beach below the Esplanade.
Not just a summer destination, the vast network of southern Fleurieu beaches offer an array of coastal walks and trails, equally as enjoyable while the sun is shining or rugged up in winter, hot coffee in hand.
