The Space: Our large home sleeps 14 guests across 5 bedrooms! The master suite with king bed boasts an ensuite with twin vanities and twin showers, walk in robe, and balcony access. 3 other modern and generous bedrooms all have queen beds and robes or hangers. The kids will love their room with 2 bunk beds, a smart TV, bean bags and plenty of toys, books and games. There are an additional 2 mattresses tucked under the bunks, perfect for kids sleepovers! The open plan ground floor living includes lounge and large dining with extendable dining table. On the shelves you'll find plenty of board games to enjoy and books to curl up with. Our fully equipped kitchen includes a gourmet 110cm Belling range cooker and has everything you need to cook up a storm! The upstairs living area is the perfect place to relax on the couch, or head through the sliding doors to the balcony where you'll find stunning panoramic views. Don't trudge all the way to the kitchen to get your drinks either, there's a bar fridge, kettle and coffee machine right by the balcony door. The rear balcony with views of Sellicks Hill is the perfect getaway balcony for a quiet drink. Downstairs outdoor dining area with huge outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ overlooks the large lawned backyard and play equipment. The yard is fully fenced making it safe for your kids and your pooches. We also provide toys, bedding and food bowls for your furry friends. Our home has air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms and living areas, keeping you comfortable in any season! There's free WiFi and 4 Smart TVs. The Neighborhood: Sellicks Beach is a beautiful, quiet beachside suburb. We love that our place is only about 10 minutes walk from arguably one of the most scenic beaches on the Fleurieu coast. It’s also one of the few beaches where you can take your car and park on the sand!* It’s just a short drive to Adelaide’s iconic McLaren Vale wine region with the closest cellar door to the house only 2.1km away. The Victory Hotel sits proudly at the top of Sellicks Beach Road and provides above average pub meals and an enviable wine list and cellar. Local shopping and restaurants are nearby in Aldinga.
*Please check Onkaparinga council regulations - on certain days in the warmer months there is an $8 permit fee to park on the beach, payable on exiting the ramp.

A 2.5% CC fee will be added to the charge and will not be refunded. After you checkout please send us your bank details and we will direct deposit the $500 back, permitting no damage has been made.
Check in form - By booking our property you are agreeing to filling in our checkin form is sent out to all guests upon booking confirmation. Guests are required to submit a form of government identification (passport, drivers license, proof of age), and information about their stay. Failure to fill in our check in form will result in check in details not being sent out.
