The property is also a short 10 minute drive to the heart of McLaren Vale where you can experience South Australia's world class wine region.

The beach house is the perfect place for entertaining with a well-equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, stove top and fridge/freezer with inbuilt ice maker. The upstairs balcony has plenty of outdoor seating and a Weber Family Q BBQ. Included are basic breakfast provisions- tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread and spreads. Inside the house you'll find modern furnishings and large bedrooms including a spa bath in the ensuite adjoining the master bedroom and walk in robes/built in wardrobes. The upstairs living area has a 55" UHD TV with access to Netflix and Chromecast. Wifi is available for all guests. Downstairs, guests will have access to secure off street parking in the double garage and laundry facilities including a washer and dryer. The downstairs living area provides a casual space with sea views and sofa bed leading to the outdoor patio and grassed area.
