Spacious, newly renovated beach house perfectly positioned on beautiful Moana beach. Ideal for large family or 2 families. Consisting of 4 bedrooms.Upstairs main bedroom has king bed and ensuite. Downstairs two further bedrooms have queensize beds. Fourth bedroom has double bed with single bunk on top. Two great outdoor entertaining areas. Choose from sunny balcony upstairs or huge shaded pergola downstairs. Both areas have bbq, and have easy access to both the upstairs AND downstairs kitchens. While you unwind in the upstairs lounge, let the kids chill out downstairs in the second living area, complete with TV and DVD player . Great views from every room!

Beautiful Moana beach is perfectly positioned being an easy 45 minute drive from the CBD. Moeys is situated directly on the beach. No roads to cross. There is the local cafe and surf club only a 2 minute walk. Here you will also find a playground for the younger kids, and a great coastal bike track. Get in your car and you will find picturesque Maclaren Vale an easy 10 minute drive away. Discover the numerous restaurants and cafes, and of course, the many wineries this region has to offer.
