This purpose built fully appointed seaside home is set privately at the rear of the property on the Esplanade at Moana Beach. Perfect for the family or the romantic getaway. The home has 3 separate family rooms. It offers sea views from the balcony and ground level games room & is directly opposite beautiful Moana Beach while the home is still private and secure. A few steps away is the popular Deep Blue Cafe and Moana Sailing Club. Seaford shopping center is a 2 minute drive or within walking distance for all your needs. An 8 minute drive will take you to the heart of Mclaren Vale with over 70 cellar doors and many cafes and restaurants.
This purpose built property has been finished and furnished to the highest standard with all needs accommodated for.
Moana beach is arguably one of the best beaches South Australia has on offer and is the perfect location to explore the Fleurieu Peninsula.
A range of complimentary drinks and an N espresso Coffey machine with coffee pods on arrival. Fresh milk provided with every stay along with snacks.

Ground Floor Entertainment
The home is equipt with table tennis room fitted with 55inch TV including I Pod docking and infrared DVD player which opens out to the outdoor BBQ area and dinning table and chairs. Also down stairs is a games room for the kids with Xbox and in house games & movies. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are fitted with bunk beds to sleep up to 4 children or teenagers with access to the third bathroom.
The laundry is also located on the ground floor which includes a washing machine, dryer, outdoor clothesline and all your washing needs. An outdoor shower is provided for when returning from the beach. The property is fitted with a intercom gate for security and peace of mind. Please request a child safety gate installed at the top of the stairs if required with your stay at no extra cost. Washing powder is included along with an iron & ironing board. Porto cot also available on request.
First Floor
Fully equipt kitchen with gas hot plate, electric oven and microwave oven. The kitchen is fully equipt with all up to date cooking utensils and cutlery. Also included is a Nespresso Coffey machine with complimentary pods. This floor also includes the open dinning room/lounge room and balcony facing the sea. The large master bedroom has a queen size bed with WIR and deluxe ensuit with Hansa tap-ware as is to all bathrooms. The second bedroom also has double size bed and a second deluxe bathroom with bathtub for the kids. The lounge room is also installed with TV and DVD player and in house movies. We have a range of in house movies to suit all ages. The home is also fitted with a safe for your valuables.
Boogy boards, beach chairs, esky & Moana beach tent are provided along with all fresh linen, bath towels, hair dryer and toiletries with this holiday home.
Elandra also offers its guests a 2 type breakfast option for up to 3 days. Please inquire for this or any other option before your stay.
The home is fitted with a Puratap filtered water system so no need to purchase drinking water.

NOTE
The number of guests must not exceed the number agreed to at the time of booking.
We have made available a departure cleaning cost option of $100 for up to 4 guests & $20 per guest per stay there after. If you do not choose this option the home needs to be cleaned on departure similar to the state when you arrived. If the home is not found to be cleaned on departure the emergency cleaning fee is $125 for up to 4 guests & $25 per guest per stay.
