The Coast Cottage is a perfect little getaway for a beach and winery stay. Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. With a bus stop and post box right at the front.
Straight out of the gates.. left .. is an easy flat walk to the esplanade and Port Willunga Beach.
Or turn right head to the quaint Old Aldinga town for wine, food, shopping.

The space
The home 3 bedroom cottage has a lovely open plan kitchen/ dining / living space, off street parking, contained backyard.
Beautiful light, space to work and entertain. Ac/ fans and heating.
Wooden floor boards and indoor plants, full kitchen and bbq.

Guest access
Parking for 3 cars through the gates and on street parking. Walking distance to beach, and short drive to shops.
The quaint shops or Old Aldinga, the larger central Aldinga shopping centre is just a 3 minute drive.
Star of Greece restaurant and Port Willunga Beach is a short walk. Bus stop out the front to wine towns of McLaren Vale and Willunga. Flat and easy bicycle and pram access along streets and esplanade.

Other things to note
Due to the old cottage style the windows in the living room and kitchen are painted in. It’s long a tedious process to have them accessible again. However The front door and side door open early evening allow for good cross breeze.
The bedrooms have fans and main bedroom and bedroom 3 opens. There is also AC which quickly cools quickly.
