The third and fourth bedrooms each comprise a bunk bed and single bed, ideal for accommodating 3 children (or adults) in each. For convenience, theres a full bathroom downstairs in addition to the master ensuite and extra washroom/toilet amenities on the upper level.

And with two large living areas to choose from, theres plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Spend some quality time in the upstairs family room, or perhaps while away the hours out on the balcony, glass of local wine in hand, enjoying the views and listening to the birds singing in the trees while the kids hang out downstairs in the living room or on the front deck. And if they really have energy to burn, the larger lawn area and fully fenced rear yard will be just the spot.

We are generally only able to offer a minimum 2 night stay but unfortunately this is not possible over long weekends or during peak periods ( Easter/Christmas etc).

Please check the minimum lengths of stay during these periods and be sure to let us know the numbers staying so we can accommodate everyone and provide access to the required bedrooms.

Unfortunately we dont allow pets, and there is strictly no smoking permitted inside the home, or on the deck and balcony areas.

**Please also note that we have a strict; No unauthorised functions or parties.** (Penalties and possible civil action may be taken for breaches) If you are hosting perhaps a more formal, private event however, we would love to discuss this with you and will be more than obliging for appropriate functions.
