The Space: The master bedroom is on the top level with en-suite and private balcony. The middle level comprises a large, double bedroom at the rear, another bedroom nearby featuring a pair of bunks for the kids and the main bathroom which features a beautiful, extra deep, free standing bath. The front room on this level, complete with balcony looking across the ocean, can be used as an entertaining area by day, and, as it features its own en-suite bathroom, a bedroom by night. The sofa lounge can be opened out to provide a comfortable double bed. Perfect for another couple. Please let your host know if you would like this sofa bed made up for you. For easy meal prep a fully equipped kitchen is there for you, premium appliances, dishwasher and microwave, plus tea & coffee making facilities and no plenty of crockery, glassware, bowls and serving platters. Please also enjoy the BBQ out the back. With several living areas to choose from, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Your booking includes NobleBNB Concierge. Damage Deposit - By booking our property you are agreeing to pay a $500 damage bond, this will be charged to the payment method you submit for your booking. A 2.5% CC fee will be added to the charge and will not be refunded. After you checkout please send us your bank details and we will direct deposit the $500 back, permitting no damage has been made.
Check in form - By booking our property you are agreeing to filling in our checkin form is sent out to all guests upon booking confirmation. Guests are required to submit a form of government identification (passport, drivers license, proof of age), and information about their stay. Failure to fill in our check in form will result in check in details not being sent out.
