STRICTLY NO PARTIES. Family Holiday house ,two storey, with main bedroom/ensuite upstairs, living/dining/kitchen. Balcony with great views, BBQ and outdoor setting and a daybed to lounge/relax on. Reverse cycle aircon/heating upstairs only and ceiling fans in all bedrooms (N/A in 1 BR downstairs). Extra toilet upstairs. Kitchen has walk in pantry, microwave and dishwasher. Downstairs consists of 1BR x queen size, 1BR 2 x single, 1BR double and single, lounge area, laundry and another bathroom. There are 3 x TV's. Off street parking, fully fenced. Outdoor hot/cold shower at rear of the house to wash off the salt and sand after a day on the beach. Wi-fi not available. Smoking not permitted on the property, inside or out. NOTE: LOSS OF BOND MAY APPLY IF HOUSE RULES BROKEN, OWNER LIVES NEARBY
