The Star @ Port Willunga is a beautiful villa situated in a rare and idyllic position offering unspoilt views of the beach & dunes of Port Willunga.

This expansive home offers numerous living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms over two spacious floors. The sensational views are maximised throughout the property via floor to ceiling windows and an array of balconies, decks and courtyards. Access to the beach is along the sand dunes just a short two-minute stroll to the crystal blue waters of Port Willunga beach.

On the ground floor you will find the well-appointed kitchen with well stocked cupboards (glasses, coffee cups, crockery, cutlery and cookware), a gas cook top, electric fan forced oven, microwave, electric toaster and kettle, Saeco coffee machine, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer ready to cope with large groups of family and friends. The dining table seats up to 10 people comfortably. Further along is the spacious lounge with TV, DVD player, sound bar, docking station and a stunning view. Guests are welcome to use our ample selection of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles and books. There is a gas fireplace for the cooler months and split system cooling for warmer months. This space is ideal for snuggling up, reading your favourite book or for children to get together to watch their favourite movies whilst the adults are entertaining in the other main living areas.
This floor comprises a queen bedroom with ensuite and large flat screen TV and another bedroom with two singles. There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer and extra wet area (shower & toilet). To the front of the house you will find the entertainment hub consisting of a spacious living area with large flat screen Apple TV, soundbar & ceiling fan and glass sliding doors opening up to the paved courtyard area with ample outdoor dining/seating and a weber BBQ.

The upstairs floor is equally expansive with 3 queen bedrooms one of which has a small TV. There are two bathrooms: 1 x with shower, bathtub and vanity and the other with a toilet, vanity and shower. The main open plan living area comes with its own wet bar/kitchen with Saeco coffee machine, a large dining table and spacious lounge area equipped with a TV, sound bar and sound system for all to enjoy. The Star @ Port Willunga offers a combination of heating/cooling throughout: evaporative cooling, split systems, ceiling fans, gas fire and wall heaters for year round comfort.

Beach towels are provided and when you return back to the house after a day at the beach, there is an outdoor shower to wash off the pristine white sand.

The property provides ample parking for up to 4 cars (2 undercover) and also an extra dining area which comes with a large BBQ Grill.
