All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
We allow cats and/or dogs only. Per the listing, an extra damage deposit of $250 per pet applies and only pets up to 10kg are allowed inside. Any pets over 10kg must be kept outside.
