The Space: Our Glenelg home is a private and secure space for you and your family or friends to enjoy. Fully fenced and locked entrance and an off street parking space.
2 Large bedrooms both with comfortable Queen beds and build in wardrobes
Our bathroom contains: a shower, washing machine, toilet, basin and comes ready with bathroom amenities.
The open plan living/ dining room has: a 3 seater sofa w/ chase, a new smart TV, and a 4 seater dining Set.
The spacious kitchen has: Fridge + Freezer, Coffee machine + coffee pods, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, stove and full crockery and cutlery sets.
Secure, fenced outdoor area. can kick back and soak up the sun on those beautiful summer days.

All beds will be made up as they are in the photos with fresh linen and towels. Basic cooking and bathroom amenities are also provided.

The Neighborhood: Glenelg is a beautiful beachside suburb in Adelaide. 5 minutes away from the shore. Plenty of shops and activities to do just walking distance away. Glenelg is home to many renowned cafes, restaurants and family destinations. Some points of interest nearby include: Glenelg Jetty Rd, The Beach House amusement centre, The Marina Restaurants and many more sights for you to discover.
Getting Around: There is onsite parking and free street parking on our street. Walking distance to Jetty Rd and Glenelg beach. Lots of public transport options with a bus route located on our street that can take you to Brighton, Marion or the city. Also nearby on Jetty Rd is the Glenelg tram line, which makes getting into the Adelaide CBD easy.

Damage Deposit - By booking our property you are agreeing to pay a $500 damage bond, this will be charged to the payment method you submit for your booking. A 2.5% CC fee will be added to the charge and will not be refunded. After you checkout please send us your bank details and we will direct deposit the $500 back, permitting no damage has been made.
Check in form - By booking our property you are agreeing to filling in our checkin form is sent out to all guests upon booking confirmation. Guests are required to submit a form of government identification (passport, drivers license, proof of age), and information about their stay. Failure to fill in our check in form will result in check in details not being sent out.
