Cottage Style Living with an English rose garden setting, you will feel instantly on holidays. A short walk to Broadway cafes, shopping, the beach and Jetty Road. A very homely feel perfect for a work stay, couples and families to enjoy.
With a large living/dining area with slate flooring and an upstairs loft office space and cathedral ceilings. The good size kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave, cook tops and Miele oven, with plenty of pots and pans to do your own cooking.
Main large bedroom has a large built in wardrobe with plenty of space for longer stays.
A cozy cottage style lounge area has plenty of seating with a sofa bed, with many interesting books to explore and read during your stay.
A verandah to sit out and watch the world go by while enjoying the cottage garden scenery.

Ideal spot for a holiday with a short walk to the beach, and cafes and the Glenelg lifestyle but set in a quiet neighbourhood, 15 min drive to the city. Full of great eateries and plenty to do nearby.
Walk to the cafes and beach, by car is very easy or under 15 min walk to the tram on Jetty Road which will take you in to the CBD

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 10PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
