Bedroom 1 is at the front of the home and features a luxurious, queen bed with
Bedroom 2 , which is separated from bedroom 1 by a spacious bathroom with indulgent and deep, free standing bath, also features a very comfortable and luxurious queen bed.
The loungeroom also features a dining table for 4 and takes in the wonderful ocean views.


Located on this level is a large, lounge/entertaining room together with a quite spacious, kitchenette not far away making the apartment, self-contained. This apartment has doors locking it from the remaining home and generally, youll have it to yourself with only the owners occasionally staying upstairs but youll have complete privacy and be secluded with your own access. Youll never see anyone else.

Who says beachside holidays can only be taken in the summer, I can only imagine sitting all warm on cozy, glass of local red in hand, watching a storm front roll across from Kangaroo Island in the distance and arriving on the doorstep. Rugging up the next day when all is calm again, with thick jacket and scarf, taking a stroll along the beach for as long as you dare. Yet another pleasure of winter in Sellicks Beach.

For easy meal prep the kitchenette is ready to go, with premium appliances, microwave, plus tea coffee making facilities and no shortage of crockery, glassware, bowls and those all-important serving platters for putting together your own local tasting plate.

Of course, if youd prefer to let someone else do the cooking for you, theres an array of eateries in and around the local area.

We are generally only able to offer a minimum 2 night stay but unfortunately this is not possible during peak periods ( Easter/Christmas etc).

Please check the minimum lengths of stay during these periods.

Unfortunately we dont allow pets, and there is strictly no smoking permitted inside the home, or on the balcony areas.

**Please also note that we have a strict; No unauthorised functions or parties.** (Penalties and possible civil action may be taken for breaches) If you are hosting perhaps a more formal, private event however, we would love to discuss this with you and will be more than obliging for appropriate functions.

Sellicks Beach is where the Mount Lofty Ranges meet the sea. Steep cliffs soon give way to a long expanse of sandy beach. This part of the coastline is renowned for its plentiful fishing and boat launching facilities. Cars with beach passes are also permitted on the beach below the Esplanade.
