And with two living areas to choose from, theres plenty of space to spread out and relax together with being able to take advantage of the massage chair.
Spend some quality time in the upstairs family room, or perhaps while away the hours out on either of the balconies, glass of local wine in hand, enjoying the views and listening to the birds singing in the trees while the kids hang out downstairs in the TV room. And if they really have energy to burn, the large rear area has a basketball hoop and is fully fenced as well as there being a playground next door with room to kick a footy around or throw a frisbee. The small ones could even have a go on the slide or swings.
Just the two of you? No problem. Youre sure to love it. So comfortable. So relaxing. Stylish and elegant. Youll never want to leave. And youll still have the entire home to yourself.
For easy meal prep a fully equipped kitchen is ready to go, with modern appliances, dishwasher and microwave, plus tea coffee making facilities and no shortage of crockery, glassware, bowls and those all-important serving platters for putting together your own local tasting plate. Plus, youll find a barbeque on the upper deck if you prefer to cook with a view.
Of course, if youd prefer to let someone else do the cooking for you, theres an array of first-class eateries just nearby.
With all your bed linen, pillows, toiletries and towels provided, nothing has been overlooked - all you have to do is arrive. Fully airconditioned for climatic comfort, offering a washing machine and dryer for convenience, free Wi-Fi throughout, smart TV in the family room upstairs as well as the downstairs chillout room. With ample off-street parking, youll be able to park all your vehicles, trailers etc off the street. Its equally perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a week-long escape.
This exquisite home truly is the ultimate in near coastal living, ready and waiting to make your next beachside holiday one to remember.

About the Area
Port Willunga beach is quite possibly one of the most photographed in Australia. With its soft, sandy shorelines, spectacular cliffs and old fishermans caves for the kids to explore. When the tide is out, remnants of the original jetty jut out of the sand to make the perfect backdrop for keen photographers looking for an unmistakably regional snapshot.
With the beach an easy walk away, pop down for a morning swim, surf the waves at famous Gulls Rock, or even unwind with a spot of stand-up paddle boarding (no need to BYO - you can usually hire one!). And if you dream of spending the day on the beach, pack the car and trek just a little further to Aldinga where you can drive right onto the sand.
Not just a summer destination, the vast network of southern Fleurieu beaches offer an array of coastal walks and trails, equally as enjoyable while the sun is shining or rugged up in winter, hot coffee in hand.
Just a short stroll down the road, foodies will love renowned local eatery, the Star of Greece. Perched atop the cliffs, with ocean views as far as the eye can see, it takes its name from a shipwreck just off the coast. Its the perfect place to indulge in some local fare while feeling a million miles away.
Speaking of eateries, youll be seriously spoilt for choice. With many cafs and restaurants located within minutes, and the world-class McLaren Vale region just a short drive away, breakfast, lunch and dinner are covered - its just a matter of choosing: esplanade or vineyard.
Whether youre looking for a freshly brewed hot coffee in the morning, fish chips to enjoy on the beach, wood-fired pizzas or an extraordinary, full-service three course delight, its all right here on your doorstep.
The vibrant local culinary scene showcases an abundance of award-winning restaurants with friendly, down-to-earth hospitality alongside wineries, breweries and distilleries offering delicious platters of fresh, flavoursome produce and delightfully handcrafted wines, beers and spirits.
But thats not all. The Fleurieu is a true cultural melting pot that invites visitors to completely immerse themselves, and youll find a huge range of family-friendly activities and adventurous pursuits to enjoy.
For those that like to explore, nearby historic Willunga is home to an award-winning Farmers Market, held every Saturday morning, while its charming main street offers up an eclectic array of boutique stores, many housed in charming heritage-listed buildings and full of handmade arts and crafts.
Feeling energetic? Why not spend the day picnicking in the magnificent Kuitpo Forest and experience its beauty on foot, by bike or even on horseback? Or get up close and personal with the wildlife at one of several local sanctuaries where the kids can help feed the kangaroos.
And for the more romantic at heart, a scenic helicopter flight along the coast truly is a thrilling journey like no other. Perhaps its a deluxe wine tasting tour. Maybe an electric bike ride around the area? The list goes on and on.
Whether youre looking for a lively holiday that engages all the senses, or a more tranquil getaway, your stay here puts you in the perfect location to take advantage of everything the incredible Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer.
