Spend some quality time in the upstairs family room, or perhaps while away the hours out on either of the balconies, glass of local wine in hand, enjoying the views and listening to the birds singing in the trees while the kids hang out downstairs in the TV room. And if they really have energy to burn, the large rear area has a basketball hoop and is fully fenced as well as there being a playground next door with room to kick a footy around or throw a frisbee. Unfortunately we dont allow pets, and there is strictly no smoking permitted inside the home, or on the deck or balcony areas.
