This Ultra-Luxe residence, only built in 2023 and in a fantastic Beach front location. Port Noarlunga is a picturesque seaside village located approximately 30 kilometers south of Adelaide and perfect for swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, diving, and fishing. The red sandstone beach cliffs, long jetty, and reef make it one of the iconic diving destinations in the state.
The off-shore Port Noarlunga Reef and aquatic reserve form part of the Encounter Marine Park - a diver`s and snorkeler`s paradise and also viewable from the end of the jetty. The reef is home to more than 200 species of marine plants. The safe swimming beach is patrolled by the Port Noarlunga Surf Lifesaving Club over the warmer months and also forms part of the Mid Coast regional surfing reserve - Australia`s first!
Split over two levels, this residence will accommodate up to 8 guests, one couple upstairs in the main bedroom and another two couple`s downstairs with a choice of two double rooms, each featuring queen beds. The fourth bedroom downstairs contains 2 single beds.
Occupying the majority of the upstairs level, the large, open-plan kitchen, living, and lounge room look out onto the most wonderful, uninterrupted ocean views. With a full-length balcony also taking in the sea vistas, youll be forgiven for never wanting to return home. Perhaps the kids would like to run around the lawned area out the back? The fenced yards will allow them to burn off a bit of excess energy. Theres also a BBQ on the balcony for you to cook up some local fare, thats if you dont choose to travel the short distance into the village of Port Noarlunga where youll be greeted by an array of restaurants and cafes to suit all budgets and tastes.
