AWESOME OCEAN VIEWS - Conservation Park with 2km Boardwalk featuring world famous geological formations is worth a visit and is so close.

The apartment is self contained and so clean and comfy and the perfect location to enjoy Hallett Cove and surrounding areas. You will love the views and sunsets from the apartment, with the beach and Heron Way Reserve 2 mins walk away, cafe 6 mins walk, 10 mins drive to Brighton Beach, 20 mins to Glenelg and 30 mins drive to McLaren Vale wine region.


The space
This modern spacious apartment takes up the whole lower level of our home, is completely separate, private and includes a light open plan living area with oh so close sea views. It has its own fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, gas stove and microwave, dining table, lounge room (with sofa bed) and off a small hallway is a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a laundry with a washer and a dryer and a private bedroom with queen bed, built in robes and electric blanket. All windows have roller shutters for privacy and there is a reverse cycle air conditioner and a puratap. You have your own patio out the front for you to sit with a drink and enjoy the views. Your own car park right at the door and fast wifi.

Guest access
Parking is available right outside the apartment for one vehicle. If you don't have a car no worries - the train is a 10 min walk away up a slight hill. Views of the Hallett Cove Beach from the apartment are worth seeing and the beach is most famous for exploring the rock pools, visiting the Conservation Park's interpretative walking trail or taking the children to the Nature playground and BBQs are also available. If you like to cycle you can join the Coast to Vines Walking and Cycling Trail which goes through Hallett Cove.

Other things to note
My husband and I live above the apartment, however there are no shared areas and no access into the apartment from above. Very private.
