Beautiful quiet apartment with sea views, 2 bedrooms at the ground level of our house, large living room, dinning area, bathroom, toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor area with barbeque available.
We, the owners live upstairs, completely separate.

The listing is for the whole ground floor of our house, with 2 large bedrooms available in our place which we finished building in 2009.
The apartment has got 3 metre ceilings, solid floorboards, one of the bedrooms with magnificent sea views, the other one right next to it in a very quiet position.
The Seaside bedroom has a Queen size bed and also a dresser, the Serene bedroom has a Queen size bed as well and a wardrobe.
The living room has a 5-seat leather couch, as well as a 4 seater dinning suite, 32" LED TV, internet TV , DVD player, and a CD audio system.
Wireless internet is free and available 24/7.
There's a large living room shared between the 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cook top, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus all the utensils, crockery and cutlery you need.
There is an entertainment area available with barbeque and outdoor dinning area where you can relax and enjoy the views.

Separate access from the owners, on the side of the house, through separate gate and stairs.
While you stay with us, you'll be seeing us walking down the backyard once or twice a day to feed our chickens. They get quite upset if we didn't do that :o)

Extra Details

We allow 1 extra adult to sleep on a very comfortable camping bed, the cost is only $25 per night, and it includes - as for any other guest - linen, towels, body wash, and soap

Extra children up to 16 years old stay for free.

We can also can supply you with a cot for babies, we only ask for an extra $20/per night for that.

There's also a high chair free for you to use should you need one.

The $75 cleaning fee we charge is or the end of the lease ONLY, not for daily cleaning.

Strictly NO PARTY policy!
Music and TV kept to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
It is a very quiet neighbourhood and we will keep it that way.
The cleaning fee covers part of the fee we pay AFTER you and your party leaves the apartment, it is NOT for daily cleaning.
It is at our discretion to cover for that for stays longer than 3 days, or for small groups.
The smoking will be only allowed on the lawn area, not under the balcony or any undercover area.
