The Back of our home - -Bedroom 2, Double bed -Full Bathroom, w/ bathtub, shower and separate toilet room. -Large Kitchen and Kitchen Bar, equipped with full Cutlery & Crockery sets as well as: Coffee Pod Machine (Pods Incl.), Fridge+Freezer, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Kettle and Dishwasher. - Open Plan Living and Dining Room, w/ 6 Seater Dining set, 3 Seater Sofa, 2x Reclining chairs and Large TV.
Guest Access: Guests will have access to everything listed in "The Space" as well as the laundry - the whole home to yourself. PLEASE NOTE - Garage access is not available, guests are welcome to park in the double driveway.
The Neighborhood: Henley Beach is a beautiful beachside suburb with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. 10 minute drive to the Adelaide Airport. 800m from the Henley Beach Shore.
Getting Around: 10 minute walk to shore front, 15 minute walk to Henley Square. 1 Minute away from Bus stop on Marlborough St that can take you to the Adelaide CBD or Henley Beach Square. Adelaide Airport is only a 10 minute drive away!

Damage Deposit - By booking our property you are agreeing to pay a $500 damage bond, this will be charged to the payment method you submit for your booking. A 2.5% CC fee will be added to the charge and will not be refunded. After you checkout please send us your bank details and we will direct deposit the $500 back, permitting no damage has been made.
Check in form - By booking our property you are agreeing to filling in our checkin form is sent out to all guests upon booking confirmation. Guests are required to submit a form of government identification (passport, drivers license, proof of age), and information about their stay. Failure to fill in our check in form will result in check in details not being sent out.
