We have four large bedrooms, all with ample storage, with feature ornamental fireplaces: Bedroom 1 - 1 king bed, 2 wardrobes, suitcase stand Bedroom 2 - 1 king bed, 1 tall boy with 6 drawers, suitcase stand Bedroom 3 - 1 queen bed, 1 wardrobe Bedroom 4 - 2 single beds (which convert to 1 king bed or 4 low rise single beds), 2 wardrobes.
The property includes: • All bed linen and towels, including beach towels. • Bathroom with a full sized bath tub, lots of storage, all the essentials including, hand soap, body wash, moisturiser, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and toilet paper. • Separate laundry/bathroom with toilet and shower, plus washing machine and condenser dryer. • A rear sunroom with French doors opening on to the outdoor area. This room has a 50 inch smart TV. • Ducted heating and cooling throughout for year round comfort. • Free WIFI • Spacious rear yard with a paved outdoor entertaining area and pergola. Includes gas BBQ and outdoor dining table. You can enjoy a private outdoor dining experience where you can open the side gate to take in the beach view while eating alfresco. • Fully fenced property with a security alarm system.
