This two bedroom home is old style but very neat & located in a quiet suburb, close to the airport, beach, sailing clubs, shops, linear park, & general amenities. Public transport to the city and the historic city of Glenelg is almost at the door step. Pricing quoted for 2 occupants - However 1. at peak times a surcharge will apply and pricing will be amended 2. if both bedrooms are occupied a $10.00 per person surcharge will apply and will be added to the booking fee. 3 A fee of $20.00 per head will be charged after the first 2 occupants
The house is located within walking distance to the beach and the River Torrens linear park. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with a posturepedic mattress which makes for a very relaxing sleep . The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The backyard looks out to an open parkland and one can sit outside & relax with a cup of tea or a glass of wine and cheese. A four burner Gas BBQ is also provided for guest use.
It has a well serviced shopping centre with a supermarket (late night), dental, medical, pharmaceutical and banking services. Also a couple of cafés and pizza bar, which are open quiet late as well.

The lounge has a split system reverse cycle air conditioning and a gas heater. The main bedroom has an evaporative air conditioner which is very effective in this dry state of S. Australia.
Guests have access to the whole house and the backyard We do our best to meet guests on arrival and a follow up is done after 1 or 2 days. We reserve the right to check the place after 7 days for guests with longer stays.

Close to air & interstate rail transport. A two minute walk and you can board a bus into the city. Or from right outside the front door catch a bus either to historic Glenelg where the first settlers landed or to Pt. Adelaide and check out the maritime museum and more. Feeling energetic, FREE bikes are available at the beach front (i Km ) - a great way to explore the neighbourhood.
A continental breakfast including a bowl of fruit is provided for the first day... Sorry but Wifi is not available. Howevert we can provide a wireless modem that can be used with a Laptop but will require the purchase of a SIM Card to activate. However, most guests use their Smart Phone as a Modem (Hotspot)
