Belle Vista beach front 3 bedroom,2 bathroom holiday apartment , with free WiFi . Belle Vista means' beautiful view' That's exactly what you will experience at our contemporary apartment. Newly renovated with modern amenities, this is a place to relax and recharge!

Designed to accommodate up to 8 persons, this is a first floor apartment spread over two levels.
The apartment has 2 brand new bathrooms, both with a separate shower and toilet. The upstairs bathroom hosts a stand alone bathtub, perfect for a long, relaxing soak to help you truly unwind.
Upstairs, there are two queen size master bedrooms, 1 with a full view of the glorious ocean, the other with a city lights and hills view. The third bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk above it and a trundle. This lends itself well to excellent, comfortable family accommodation or 2 to 3 couples who are looking for a relaxing beach escape together.

On level 1 is a formal dining and separate lounge which has a 55 inch TV, DVD and bi-fold doors which open out to the balcony where you can enjoy 180 degree view of a pristine ocean. There is an out door bar with 6 stools to sit and watch the magnificent sunsets. If you look carefully you will also see the resident dolphins swimming by; they are often spotted from the balcony at dusk or dawn, or you can check out the kayakers and surf lifesavers doing their thing!

There is a separate well appointed kitchen which has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Included is an espresso coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. Now also a brand new bathroom on this level .

In this location you are very spoilt for choice as there are many great casual eateries within walking distance. Whether authentic Italian dining at Cafe Salsa or pub style meal at the surf club takes your fancy, there is no need to travel far. Perhaps a fantastic bakery lunch or fish and chips in a well renowned chippery is your preference, all within a 5 minute walk!

The apartment also has laundry facilities with front loader washing machine and ironing facilities .

Each room has a separate temperature controlled air conditioning unit for heating and cooling.

Henley beach with its great fishing jetty, newly developed public square, shops and more eateries are just 5 minutes drive away.
