After a day at the beach or exploring the sights, kick back with a movie in the air-conditioned living area, where two generous sofas offer a cosy space to unwind with your favourite Netflix series.
Two generous and light-filled bedrooms await, offering accommodation for up to four guests. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and direct access to the patio and backyard. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans for your added comfort, and the modern, well-maintained bathroom provides a walk-in shower and complimentary starter toiletries.
For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and dryer available, WiFi throughout and a workspace, free street parking, as well as one assigned parking on the driveway.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house with backyard to yourself. The front yard and driveway are shared with the units next door. Please make yourself at home!
West Beach is a relaxed, family-friendly beach that’s popular for swimming, kitesurfing and paddleboarding and is a five-minute walk from your stay. Head down for a seaside stroll and grab pizza at Hey Bianca for a picnic on the grass, or enjoy scenic water views with your breakfast at Beach Break Cafe. You’ll also find an adventure park, mini golf course and skate park along the foreshore. The Burbridge Centre shopping mall is conveniently just a 2-minute drive from the house where you can find anything you might need during your stay.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
For stays longer than 21 nights, an additional cleaning fee will apply. You may enquire about pricing before booking, or the fee will be quoted and charged after booking. Alternatively, we can offer mid-stay professional cleans, including fresh linen — please enquire for pricing.
Please note a $100 charge applies for guests bringing pets. We kindly ask that pets be kept off all furniture and beds, and that you clean up after them. Please do not leave pets unattended inside.
The BBQ must be restored to the condition it was in when you arrived; otherwise, an additional charge of $60 will apply after check-out.
