We have made the place comfortable enough for a family of up to 6, but also perfect for a couple.
You’ll feel like you are on holidays the moment you walk in the front door! The front lounge room is fitted out with a large Matt Blatt chaise sofa & cushions so you can enjoy the large 65 inch screen TV or read your favourite book in our vintage Wingback chair. The combustion heater in the family room will make it a hub for relaxing in.
Bedroom 1 with its 'Boho’ style has warm earthy colours, luxurious bed & linen and plants that make you feel fresh and carefree when you awake. Take in the sunset from the cane recliner or out the front sipping your wine on our cane rocking chairs.
All our beds are fitted with brand new pillow top ensembles and luxury bed linen.
Our rear garden is enchanting to say the least! Meander through it & take in the sun or read a book on a comfy seat.
Our pantry & fridge is stocked with all the essentials! You'll find all the utensils & staples you need to cook up a storm or just grab a cup of coffee from our Nespresso Pod Machine. If you would like cooked breakfast provisions, just let me know when you book.
We are literally at the doorstep of McLaren Vale so everything including wineries and dining options are within walking distance.
The coffee shops are also a must try with some of the best roasters around the area.
We offer Vintage style bike hire together with our Gourmet Grazing picnic hampers to take all the hassle out of organising a fun or romantic day out.
Or if you're a bit of a foodie and want some cooking lessons, I'm your person!
We even offer coffee barista courses in our gorgeous vintage cafe van!
McLaren Vale is one of the country's top food & wine regions. The regions scenery is breathtaking with vineyard vistas to die for & our amazing 31 km coastline with awesome beaches just 10 mins away.
If you're up for adventure, the famous Shiraz cycling trail is literally on our doorstep (30 second walk away) & lots of music, art, cycling & wine events during the year.
You can visit over 80 cellar doors, meet the winemakers and learn more about their skill and passion into wine making.
Local produce is extraordinary with restaurants and cafes and South Australia's first and favourite farmers market - Willunga Farmers Market. If you’re here on a Saturday morning it is a must visit! Our fave spot for coffee is Mullygrub café on the Main St.
The D'Arenburg Cube is our must see wonder. It is only a 5 min drive away and offers four levels of innovative winery experiences and exquisite dining options.
For time away with the kids, head to the Willunga Farmers market on Saturday from 9am.
Maxwell Wines estate Maze is an awesome place to drop the kids to burn some energy. Whilst they explore the maze, take a break and enjoy some wine tastings.
The McLaren Vale Information centre is at the end of our road and has a great playground and grassy area for the kids to play on.
