Villa Grenada has multiple living areas, bedrooms and numerous bathrooms. This villa has two sun-drenched decks where you can take in the views of the beautiful Aldinga Aquatic Reserve or the picturesque Willunga Hills. The villa is fully air-conditioned plus has a cosy gas fireplace for those cooler times of snuggling up and reading your favourite book or watching your much-loved movie. With a lower level lounge area looking out to sea, guests or children can relax away from adults entertaining upstairs.

Miele kitchen appliances and Weber BBQ’s will elicit the gourmet chef within you or alternatively you can dine at the many fine eateries close by. Villa Ida has a double garage where your vehicles and favoured beach amenities can be stored. We even have outside hot & cold showers to wash off the sand after a pleasurable sun-drenched day at the beach. With stylish appointments of travertine and bamboo flooring, leather lounges, stone kitchen & bathroom benchtops, you will holiday in comfort and elegance at Aldinga Beach Getaways.

Terms & Conditions

NUMBER OF GUESTS should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing and must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the property. The registered guest is by default, the person who has made the booking. The registered guest must be 25 years of age or over and agree to take full responsibility for the holiday rental of the property.
PETS are not allowed under any circumstances.
SMOKING is not is permitted indoors. The property is rated as a non-smoking property.
ACCESS to the Villa may be required for maintenance or repairs.
NOISE AND RESIDENTIAL AMENITY
Aldinga Beach Getaway Villas are set around residential homes.
We welcome guests for their special occasion and celebrations, if at the time of booking you agree to meet our noise and guest number restrictions. The property is not suitable as a "Party" House. Disturbance to the neighbours, including excessive noise and anti-social behaviour is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of all monies paid.
