About this property
We take being ultra dog friendly seriously. To us this means no limit on the number or size of dogs you bring with you. They are all welcome, inside and out. We provide all you need for your dog - outdoor lounges, indoor beds, food and water bowls, a toy box, spare leads, poop bags and dog throws to cover the furniture and bed if your dog/s like to come up for a cuddle.
Dogs will not only love exploring, but they will be secure with farm fencing surrounding the 1/2 acre bush garden. We also provide a secured fenced waterproof area, accessible with a dog door, off the kitchen. It has a mulched area for toileting and a climbing frame and hammock suitable for feline travellers to enjoy a holiday too.
The 60m2 deck overlooking the native wonderland is also fenced for extra dog safety.
Of course, we care deeply about the humans too. Inside, a queen bedroom, with ceiling fan, and luxury bathroom with rain shower.
Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and 1 full size fridge/freezer. We provide a community pantry generously stocked with all the essentials, condiments and provisions you could dream of. Your first breakfast will be provided, plus a welcome platter and 'cheers' of choice. Ground coffee is provided for the coffee machine, plus a variety of teas and hot chocolate. Each guest will have their dietary requirements and preferences individually catered for as part of our hospitality to help make each stay as memorable and meaningful as possible.
Plus all the mod cons: washing machine, dryer, outdoor bbq, ducted aircon and wood combustion fire with one large wood box filled with firewood for your use. Surround sound TV with a large variety of viewing platforms included: Netflix, Stan, Prime, Disney, Apple and FOXTEL.
Outside is our beautiful big deck surrounded by trees. It's a paradise for bird and nature lovers. Pick your deck space....a day bed to lay and read a book, a dining table with overhead heater and surrounded by cafe blinds to make a sunroom. A hydrotherapy spa, secure behind a pool fence.
All linen and towels (both for bathroom and spa) are provided. Sheridan bath robes also provided.
Only 25 minutes from the CBD, this cozy retreat is a must for those wanting some time out amongst nature to recharge and revitalise, and also have their dogs by their side. A truly private getaway and a fabulous base to explore the cafes, pubs and wineries of the Adelaide hills, with great dog walking options in close proximity. We provide unlimited free entry into Belair National Park (only 10 mins drive) to all of our guests as a dog favourite walking spot. Your stay at Dogabout Days won't disappoint.
