The kitchen is well appointed with quality stainless steel European appliances (including gas cook top, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher), stone bench tops, with quality crockery, cutlery and glassware.
A Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods is included, in addition to filtered water.
The lounge is furnished with leather sofas, a large LCD TV and surround sound home theater system.
The deck is perfect for a refreshing outdoor drink or for reading the morning paper while soaking up a little sun. It is equipped with a small outdoor table and six chairs.
The bathrooms are stylishly and modern. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet and shower, while the large downstairs bathroom has a shower over a full bath tub and toilet.

The property is located on Sussex Street, just 2 streets from the beach and only meters from Glenelg's main street, Jetty Road. Along Jetty Road you will find cafes, restaurants, hotels, retails outlets, supermarkets, banks, post office and more. Holdfast Shores Marina is a short stroll, with Harbour Town (Adelaide's only DFO) and Adelaide Airport (domestic & international) a short drive.
The tram and other public transport is easily accessible from Jetty Road, including the tram which runs direct into the City (Victoria Square, Rundle Mall and North Terrace).
Accommodation
The downstairs master bedroom has a king size bed with the second downstairs bedroom a queen. The upstairs bedroom also has a queen; however, all beds can be configured as singles if required.
The accommodation is rented on a per person per room basis. Together with the adjacent 5 properties we can comfortably accommodate 38 guests.
Each property is self contained with its own kitchen, dining, lounge, laundry facilities and bathroom(s).
There is one off-street car park allocated per property unless otherwise arranged.
