Cowan street accommodation is a 3 bedroom 1920's bungalow with a lot of character.
It is only 6km from the Adelaide CBD and has public transport right on the doorstep plus off-street parking for 2 cars
It has 3 bedrooms, 1 king size bedroom and 2 queen size bedrooms, all with wardrobes and drawers to make you feel more at home.

The house is rented out as a whole house, however bedrooms are made available based on number of guests booked to stay at the house. If you are 2 singles, you will need to book for 3 people to have access to 2 rooms. Likewise if you require 3 rooms you will need to book for 5 people.

It has ducted central heating and cooling plus a gas heater in the living room.
There is charmingly quaint dining room off the living room which is ideal for dinners with family and friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities, such as; a dishwasher and coffee machine.
There is a separate laundry with a washer and dryer.
It has 1 bathroom with a separate toilet off the laundry.
There is a front porch which is a great place to sit and have a morning cuppa, especially in winter when it is bathed in sunlight.
There is a private backyard which local birds visit daily.
The house is situated in a leafy Suburb, east of Adelaide CBD. It's located in a corner position, which during the day can get some traffic noise, but generally at night it's quiet. It's ideally located close to Mount Lofty walking trails, Penfolds Magill Estate (home of the world renowned Penfolds Grange), Pubs, Wine Bars, Restaurants and shopping centres both large and small.
So if you are lucky enough to be visiting Adelaide during our Summer/Autumn Festivals with a group of friends this house is idea. But this definitely doesn’t rule out other times of the year as the house is comfortable all year round.
