The Barton - Character Home – Easy Tram to City

This is the perfect place for your Family Holiday. We are located in the best of both worlds, with a 7 minute walk to the Free Tram to either, The Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Adelaide CBD or Glenelg. You will be surrounded by plenty of fun-filled family activities and adventures, Like the Adelaide Zoo and Botanic Gardens. Only 11 Minutes from the Adelaide Airport!
We truly value our guests and aim to put all the small things in place, so that you can have the best possible stay.

Kitchen:
We have a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities and even a dishwasher!
We have a guest pantry which includes most of the everyday items, such as foil, plastic wrap and condiments. So if you are staying for a while, please check what we have before you go shopping, you are welcome to use whatever is provided. We kindly ask that if guest use the last of any of these items to please replace them. It's a courtesy to future guests and will work out much cheaper than having to buy all of the items yourself.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a Queen Size bed.
Bedroom 2 has a 2 Single beds.
**We also have a Toybox filled with toys for the kids to keep them entertained.

Living Areas
We have a dining table that seats 6, so you can enjoy your meals together.
In the lounge we have a very comfy Sofa Bed - the perfect place to cuddle up with a good book or watch a nice movie on TV.
The Sofa converts into a Double bed for extra sleeping arrangements.

Outdoor Areas
We have a fantastic outdoor dining area and a safe back yard for the kids to play in and enjoy our Amazing Australian Sunshine! And the adults can enjoy a good conversation and glass of our Delicious South Australian Wine.

Bathroom:
We have a full bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Air-Conditioning/Heating:
The living room is air-conditioned to keep you cool over summer and warm in winter. We also have fans in each bedroom so you can circulate the breeze around the house.

Parking:
Free timed parking is available outside the house. There is some free on-street parking available close by.

Beach Access:
There are patrolled beaches in Glenelg, which is accessible via the free Tram. Alternatively Henley Beach is also patrolled and is a 16 minute drive from the house.

The Adelaide City Council and BikeSA have free Bicycle hire that you can use to explore. There are fantastic bike paths along the beach and along the Torrens River.

NO GATHERINGS OR PARTIES
We respect our close neighbours so we do not allow any parties or gatherings. Please Limit noise between 9pm and 8am.

NO SMOKING:
Please note that our Body Corporate has a very strict no smoking on the premises policy, and we will not accept guest smoking in our house. A cleaning fee of $200 will be taken from the deposit should this rule be broken.
