The top level is cleverly designed to provide a perfect space to suit 1 or 2 couples, or bring the whole family to enjoy the 5 bedrooms, two living spaces, 3.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen upstairs, and a smaller kitchenette downstairs.

Wake to the sound of waves, have breakfast on the balcony after a morning dip, and plan your day.

Easy access to the wide, patrolled swimming beach is directly across the quiet road out front, go fishing from the beach, enjoy water-sports from the Silver Sands boat ramp, snorkel on Aldinga Reef Aquatic Reserve, go bird watching in the Aldinga Scrub Conservation Reserve, or visit the award-winning McLaren Vale wineries and Saturday Willunga Farmer’s Market. You’ll still have plenty of time for relaxing on the balcony with a chill glass of wine while choosing whether to eat at one of the many local restaurants, or fire up the BBQ and indulge in our famous Fleurieu Peninsula local produce at home.

The Space

Upstairs you’ll find two large bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, Queen beds, quality linen and towels. Bedroom 1 has direct access to the balcony, while Bedroom 2 has a private reading nook. The light and airy open plan living and dining area has air-con, while the well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and Nespresso machine, all open to a wide wrap around balcony over-looking the sea. Eat alfresco on the balcony or at the large bleached wood table inside, both offer unobstructed sweeping views of the sea and coast.

Downstairs are three more bedrooms (two with Queen beds, one with a single bed and slide-out trundle), family bathroom, and comfortable second lounge also with air-con, TV and games, a kitchenette, separate laundry, undercover BBQ area, and secure double garage.

There is also ample off-street parking.
