Welcome to this inviting Glenelg couples’ escape, where coastal charm meets modern comfort. This ground-floor apartment greets you with a fresh white façade and a leafy patio with outdoor seating, perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.
Inside, the light-filled kitchen features light timber benchtops, white joinery and large windows that brighten the space. It’s fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, while the breakfast bar with two stools offers a relaxed spot for a quick bite. Laundry amenities are neatly integrated, including a washer, dryer, iron and drying rack.
The bedroom serves as a peaceful retreat, styled with plush carpet, soft linen and warm lighting. Large north-facing windows fill the room with natural light, while a wall-mounted TV and comfortable chairs create a cosy place to unwind. While there’s no separate lounge, the bedroom comfortably doubles as a relaxed living space. The bathroom includes a rainfall shower, vanity and separate toilet, with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries provided.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
