With all the usual beach attractions and activities, including snorkeling and diving the Star of Greece wreck at Port Willunga and only 1km from the popular Aldinga Drive on Beach and 15 minutes from McLaren Vale and an estimated 74 cellar doors and 59 restaurants, quite a number of which are pet-friendly.
The coastal park bike/walking trial runs just across the road and for those interested in bushwalking the property is only an 8 minute drive or a 7 minute ride to the Aldinga Scrub.
The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ on the balcony and is only a 3 minute drive to the local shopping centre and supermarkets, or for the “foodies”, is only a 13 minute drive from Willunga and the Saturday Morning Willunga Farmer’s Market. But, if you’re looking to just relax, a 1 minute walk or 10 second drive will get you to the local Wine & Coffee bar, Indian Restaurant and local Restaurant and Bar, all located across from the beach and offering the option of sitting outside with your furry friends. Or for that special lunch/dinner the world famous Star of Greece restaurant is only a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride away.
The property is two storey with both levels having living rooms with comfy couches, 55inch H.D. T.V.’s and Netflix and a blue-ray DVD player in the downstairs living area. The downstairs living area has large picture windows offering fantastic ocean views and can make for an excellent space if there are kids with some adults wanting some quiet time to relax upstairs.
The whole of the upstairs living area, the kitchen, through the dining, lounge and out on to the balcony all offer the magnificent ocean view. Bright and sparkling blue, on a sunny day and watching the sun disappear into the ocean of an evening, through to watching dark clouds and storms roll in. With the views from the dining room table or the lounge or from chilling on the outdoor lounge, the upstairs makes for the perfect chill out or entertainment space.
The property also has free high speed NBN Wifi with unlimited download. It also has a double lockup garage with remote access, accessible from the rear of the property via Whinnerah Ave.
Being Pet friendly, your pets are welcome inside and out with a secure backyard, bowls for your furry friend, a couple of pet trampoline beds in the garage and a scratching pole and litter box, kept under the stairs, if your pet is feline. Like all Petlet properties cleanliness is very important and the cleaners take extra care to ensure that the property does not look or smell pet friendly.
