A unique and beautiful mud brick home, crafted by hand, offering open plan living spaces with rustic wool shed Jarrah beams, soaring ceilings with ceiling fans and a combustion stove and an open fireplace in the sunken lounge bar. Extensive library onsite and original paintings adorn the walls throughout.
Emmlot Farm provides 6 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 12 guests and 5 additional guests (to either sleep in shared living areas or can be added to the 6 bedrooms, floor space allowing) and three full bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, a walk through robe, an ensuite spa bathroom with shower, vanity & toilet.
Bedroom 2 & 3 each have double beds with a shared ensuite bathroom with shower/bath, vanity & toilet.
Bedroom 4, 5 & 6 are tranquil spaces with queen beds.
The shared main bathroom has a clawfoot bath, separate shower and toilet and is accessible from shared living areas.
Additional bedding is available upon request and we offer 5x fold out single beds for 5 additional guests. 2 porta cots and any specific baby/toddler needs are also available for a small fee.
The large dining room with handcrafted table provides seating for 16 people, and a breakfast bar provides additional seating next to dining room table for 4 people.
A newly renovated kitchen with large 5 burner oven and plenty of cupboard & bench space is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and inc. filtered water on tap, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans. The cupboards are stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware and appliances and a large fridge and freezer and pantry available for your supplies.
Wide veranda’s surround the house, a large lawn area, a huge sandpit and lawn area, provides outdoor space and a toy chest filled with play equipment, and a ping pong table, provides fun activity for all the family.
Enjoy a resident flock of sheep, a working bee hive, a productive veggie patch and seasonal orchard on the property. Explore the natural bushland surrounding our home and enjoy the diverse species of birds and native wildlife who call Emmlot Farm home. (If you sit quietly in the natural spaces, you may see kangaroos, koalas, echidnas and lizards whom also visit the property. )
We are always available via phone and only a few minutes away to visit onsite if needed, otherwise your privacy is always respected.
