Situated high on the hill, overlooking the Noarlunga River to the south and out to the ocean in the west, this opulent holiday home has been professionally and expertly decorated specifically with holiday home accommodation in mind and offers everything a family (or two) could possibly want for their next coastal getaway.

Spread over 2 levels, this residence will accommodate up to 12 guests, easily sleeping 3 couples upstairs. The main bedroom features a large ensuite complete with twin shower and a large walk-in robe. The other two double bedrooms on this level offer luxury queen beds and are serviced by a central bathroom.

The remainder of the upstairs level offers a more sophisticated living space together with small balcony and study nook, should the need to work whist on holiday, arise. This would be the perfect, private spot to enjoy a couple of nice local wines or a craft beer or two. These are what family holidays are all about. Memories.

The kids wing downstairs provides you with a large bedroom, complete with wall mounted T.V and seating. With sleeping for 6, in three bunk beds, this is the perfect space for children of all ages or adults, if thats your requirement.

Also on offer downstairs is a sperate lounge room where perhaps half the group could hang out and watch T.V whilst the remainder of your crew are enjoying the large, fully screened and under cover, outdoor living area complete with BBQ and dining facilities as well as another wall mounted T.V, idea to put some music videos on whilst chilling out.

Perhaps the kids would like to run around the lawned area out the back? The fenced yards will allow them to burn off a bit of excesses energy.

For easy meal prep a fully equipped kitchen is ready to go, with premium appliances, dishwasher and microwave, plus tea coffee making facilities and no shortage of crockery, glassware, bowls and those all-important serving platters for putting together your own local tasting plate. Plus, youll find a barbeque out the back. The large dining table easily accommodates 12 where everyone will be able to enjoy holiday meals together.

With all your bed linen, pillows, toiletries and towels provided, nothing has been overlooked - all you have to do is arrive. Fully airconditioned for climatic comfort, offering a washing machine and dryer for convenience, free Wi-Fi throughout, TVs in multiple rooms and undercover (secure) off-street parking, its equally perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a week-long escape.

Upstairs is the main bedroom with Queen bed, ensuite with twin shower and walk-in robe.
Two additional double bedrooms, each with queen beds, are also on this level.
Whilst bedroom 4, the kids wing, is situated downstairs and features sleeping for 6 in 3 bunk beds.


A few things you need to know.

We are generally only able to offer a minimum 2 night stay but unfortunately this is not possible over Easter and Christmas.

Please check the minimum lengths of stay during these periods.

Unfortunately we dont allow pets and there is strictly no smoking permitted inside the home.

If youre thinking of staying a little longer, we offer discounts, so we suggest checking out the rates for adding on a few extra days - who doesnt love a longer holiday?

About the Area

With the beach less than a kilometre away, pop down for a morning swim, snorkel or surf the waves.

If you choose to walk a few hundred metres down the road, youll be greeted by an array of restaurants and cafes to suits all budgets and taste as well as a plethora of coffee shops an ice-cream parlour, bakery and fish and chip shop. Port Noarlunga is a picturesque seaside village located approximately 30 kilometres south of Adelaide and perfect to swim, kayak, snorkel, dive and fish. The red sandstone beach cliffs, long jetty and reef, make it one of the iconic diving destinations in the state. The off-shore Port Noarlunga Reef and aquatic reserve forms part of the Encounter Marine Park - a divers and snorkelers paradise and also viewable from the end of the jetty. The reef is home to more than 200 species of marine plants. The safe swimming beach is patrolled by the Port Noarlunga Surf Lifesaving Club over the warmer months and also forms part of the Mid Coast regional surfing reserve - Australia's first!
