A second lounge provides another inviting retreat with a sofa, TV and classic timber bar area, ideal for movie nights or mixing a cocktail as the evening winds down.
The kitchen is well-equipped for everyday cooking, with ample bench space and modern appliances. A Nespresso coffee machine makes mornings simple, while the nearby dining table invites slow breakfasts before beach outings or shared dinners at the end of the day. Just beyond, the covered outdoor entertaining area sets the scene for alfresco living—fire up the gas BBQ, gather around the outdoor dining table, enjoy drinks at the barrel bar tables, or unwind in the outdoor lounge while soaking up the fresh air.
Three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation across the home. The primary bedroom includes a double bed, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite. The second bedroom also offers a double bed, while the third bedroom features a king single bed suited to a solo guest or child. A study nook provides a quiet spot for remote work or catching up on emails. A spacious family bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub and a separate shower.
Split-system air conditioning/heating in the primary bedroom and living/kitchen area, along with ceiling fans, ensures year-round comfort. A private laundry with a washer adds convenience for longer stays. Guests may park up to two vehicles in the driveway, with additional free street parking available.
Please note: a separate granny flat is located behind a fenced section at the rear of the property and is not accessible to guests. The garage is not available for guest use. Firewood isn’t provided for the fireplace, so guests are welcome to bring their own.
