Summary: 1 Bedroom apartment + Carpark located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. Our home can sleep up to 4 guests, with a queen bed and a double pullout sofa. The apartment building offers a pool, spa, steam room and sauna. Our home is a nice quiet place to stay to really enjoy Adelaide. The balcony in our apartment has glass sliding windows which shut out the sound of the city. We have 2 study areas. Our home also comes equipped guest ammenities.
The Space: 1 Queen Bed. 1 Double Sofa bed. Full Kitchen w/ oven, stove, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. New smart tv with Telstra tv and Wifi. Beautiful balcony with sliding windows. The bedroom has a dedicated study nook and also a dedicated study desk in the living area.
Guest Access: Onsite free parking, reserved parking spot in parking garage for 1 car. Plenty of bus stops around which can take you anywhere in our city.
The Neighborhood: Plenty to do. Lots of Restaurants and Bars in walking distance. Short bus ride to Rundle mall shops. Park area close to property. Bus ride away from Adelaide Central Markets
Getting Around: Bus stops all around which can take you to any part of the city including the Adelaide train station. short walk to lots of popular bars and restaurants in Adelaide

Damage Deposit - By booking our property you are agreeing to pay a $500 damage bond, this will be charged to the payment method you submit for your booking. A 2.5% CC fee will be added to the charge and will not be refunded. After you checkout please send us your bank details and we will direct deposit the $500 back, permitting no damage has been made.
Check in form - By booking our property you are agreeing to filling in our checkin form is sent out to all guests upon booking confirmation. Guests are required to submit a form of government identification (passport, drivers license, proof of age), and information about their stay. Failure to fill in our check in form will result in check in details not being sent out.
