One free number allocated off-street carpark (sorry we cannot accommodate more cars on site however there is free street parking available in the nearby side streets). Common area laundry for use of gas dryer if required (coin operated $5 per load).
The Neighborhood: Adelphi Terrace runs alongside the picturesque Patawalonga River. At the water’s edge you’ll notice the lights of the Marina Pier appear like stars at night.
Glenelg is filled with all kinds of delicious eateries, sweeteries, shopperies and bar-hopperies, and they are all just a 3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. Here you can enjoy a drink with friends and family, take in the views, do some shopping or pamper yourself – and it’s all a short walk away from your apartment!

Getting Around: The main street is just a short distance away, and getting around is easy with public transport right at the doorstep. Walk or uber with ease to the Glenelg nightlife. Bus's and trams all easily accessible from the apartment, with many bus stops along Adelphi Terrace or Anzac Highway. Don’t forget to experience a ride in one of Glenelg’s iconic trams, which take you from Jetty Road right through to the City to Adelaide’s Entertainment Centre.
Other Things to Note: The carpark is for small cars ONLY due to the fire hydrant on the wall next to it. 4WDs etc will have trouble getting in and out, however there is free street parking available out the front of the building for those with larger cars. Our building is an old girl built in the 70s. Whilst she isn't that pretty to look at from the outside, she definitely makes up for it in location and the brand new interior. You will forget all about it once you get inside. Please note the apartment is located on the ground floor and does not have any views except of our own private courtyard. Please note that power metres for a few apartments (including our own), are located in our courtyard. So on the odd occassion, SA Power Network may need to access the yard briefly to read the metres and we are not notified when they are going to attend. Please also ensure you list the correct amount of persons/pets in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest.
Please note: There is currently construction work is going on nearby from 07:00 to 16:00 Mon-Sat, and some guests may be affected by noise.
Interaction with Guests: The property is conveniently and thoughtfully set up for a easy self check-in. This property is hosted by Hello Host management services. A Hello team member is available 24 hours a day via online message or email should guests have any queries or issues during their stay.
