The apartment unit has spacious living area with separate bathroom, laundry with sink and cupboard.

In the kitchenette are microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, crockery and cutlery. No oven or stove. Continental breakfast can be supplied at your request after your booking.

Short distance to Beaumont Link Walking trails. Great for hiking to Waterfall Gully and Mount Lofty, relax and taking in the spectacular views of the city.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Steep or elevated ground in some part of Beaumont and it offers spectacular scenic views to the city and beyond. Beaumont has great walking trail, is part of the Burnside Walks network, a series of trails around the hills on the edge of the City of Burnside, and in Mount Osmond Reserve. The trails are all well marked, with regular signs and numbered checkpoints that correspond to the excellent walking map. Great for hiking, for those who are more adventurous could continue onto Waterfall Gully or Mt Lofty, a great day out!

There is a flight of wooden steps to the apartment. This apartment unit is on Lower Ground floor of a split-level house with its own entry gate (along side of the house) and has no common walls with the other resident on the upper level. The apartment room temperature is notably cool in summer, however, portable fans are available if required.
