Upon entry, the living area offers a comfortable spot to unwind after a day exploring Adelaide’s southern suburbs. A plush sofa, accent chairs, and patterned rugs create an inviting lounge for quiet evenings, reading, or settling in for a movie. The sofa can also convert into a fold-out daybed, which can be prepared on request.
Flowing from the living space, the open-plan kitchen and dining area form the social heart of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, generous bench space, and bar seating where guests can gather while meals are prepared. Just beside it, the dining table provides a relaxed setting for shared breakfasts, casual lunches, or long dinners after a day out. Glass doors open to a private courtyard that brings fresh air and greenery into the home. With outdoor seating, a BBQ, and a sun umbrella, it’s an easy place to enjoy morning coffee, relaxed alfresco meals, or an evening drink as the day winds down.
Upstairs, two restful bedrooms offer quiet retreats at the end of the day. Each bedroom includes built-in storage, soft lighting, and its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Small private balconies extend from both rooms, creating a peaceful outdoor moment to start the morning or catch an evening breeze. Between the bedrooms, a dedicated study provides a calm workspace with shelving, a desk, and natural light from the light well—ideal for remote work or quiet focus.
A hidden laundry with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities adds practical convenience, while ducted air conditioning throughout keeps the home comfortable in every season. Parking is available for one vehicle in the carport at the back of the property. Free street parking may be available for additional vehicles.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
