This stunning lakefront property is located in the vibrant city of Glenelg with its beautiful beach and abundant selection of restaurants and cafes. This home is perfect for families, large groups and the executive that needs a home away from home. Bedroom 1: 1 king Bedroom 2: 1 double plus 1 single bunk Bedroom 3: 1 king or 2 singles.
There is a Fold out Sofa Bed (double) in the study area and 1 single Aero bed (must be requested) for any area at $25 per person per day.

The house is a modern 3 bedroom home. All bedrooms with their own ensuite, open plan living, modern kitchen and beautiful outdoor entertainment area.

House Features
The master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed, large TV, a large ensuite with a spa bath, massive walk in robe and a large balcony overlooking the Patawalonga River.
Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a bunk bed that consists of a double bed at the bottom and a single on top. The room also has a small walk through robe and ensuite.
Bedroom 3 is downstairs and has a king size bed that can be split to 2 single beds, mounted TV, large walk in robe and generous ensuite.
The open plan living area is downstairs. The lounge area has 2 electric home theatre style reclining lounges with a large TV perfect for watching Netflix. There is a 8 seater dining table which overlooks the modern kitchen and outdoor area.
The kitchen is bright and airy complete with an island bench and stools, Smeg commercial size freestanding cooker/oven, coffee machine and a large array of kitchen items plus a bifold servery window onto the Alfresco ideal for entertaining.
The laundry has a modern front loading washing machine, separate dryer and an additional downstairs powder room with toilet.
There is a study in the open plan area with a desk for the business traveller.
Outside there is a large deck that spans the width of the home which is accessed via the large bifold doors from the dining area. There is a large outdoor table with 8 chairs, a sun lounge and a 6 burner BBQ kitchen.
The house has ducted reverse cycle A/C and a modern gas log fire place.

There is off street parking for 4 cars (2 inside the lockable garage).

Please note that the house is in a residential area and we need to consider our neighbours. Strictly no parties and noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
