Seacliff and Brighton Beaches are 12 minutes away and our newly opened Happy Valley Reservoir with walking trails and picnic areas is only 5 minutes up the road.

Close to Flinders Medical Centre, Flinders University and Tonsley Tafe for those visiting family and friends attending any of these facilities with public transport available to all amenities including local food shops and Westfield Marion shopping centre. Also, nearby to Sturt Gorge Recreation Park, Flagstaff Hill Golf Club and O’Halloran Hill Mountain Bike Trails for those looking for an excuse to exercise while on holiday. This freshly renovated (and newly appointed to the BnB rental sector), 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom executive residence is as comfortable and quaint with 2 people as it is with 10 people. The entire house is available for your private enjoyment and has been interior designed and furnished to create a relaxing space at every turn.

Fully ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning is throughout for your comfort and fast speed internet is available to use whilst a guest at the property. The television has capacity for accessing all your favourite subscriptions and shows for those wishing to put their feet up in between seeing the sights.

Well-appointed with all kitchen amenities to cook up a storm on your holiday however the property is also in close proximity to hotels and restaurants for those wishing to be catered for.

An impeccably landscaped rear yard awaits with peaceful spots to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy outdoor cooking within this relaxing space.

The bird life is abundant around Flagstaff House, Cockatoos, Parrots and Kookaburras are constantly flying across the sky to destinations unknown. With the chatter from the wildlife and the amazingly fresh air of the Adelaide Hills, this is truly a beautiful place to stop, breathe and bring yourself back to nature.

All bedrooms have glorious new beds with comfy mattresses that you can sink into and look forward to a peaceful night’s sleep. They are positioned well away from each other so for those sharing the house with other couples or children, you all have your own peaceful luxurious spaces.

The bathrooms are newly renovated and fresh fluffy towels are in abundance. For those enjoying the main bedroom, luxurious bathrobes are available to snuggle into after a nice hot shower. Bathroom essentials are provided such as shampoos, conditioners and body wash to use as desired or necessary.

An array of coffees and teas are available for your enjoyment along with a Nespresso coffee machine for a classy pod coffee while you relax in the garden with a book or are preparing for a long day out visiting the sights.

Off-street parking for 2 cars is available in the secure double garage or in the driveway.
