Enter the property into the Lounge/Dining room, beautifully styled with a soft Hamptons theme. Comfy lounge and winged back chairs, dining suite and Smart TV with WIFI.
Then through to the extremely large Kitchen/Family room which boasts all of the modern facilities at your fingertips. Fridge, Dish Washer, 2 Ovens, Gas Cooktop, Microwave & Large Pantry. The dining area accommodates up to 8 people. There is a Sofa/Bed to sit on and observe the indoor atrium garden and a CD/Bluetooth/Radio player and a second TV, numerous books and adult board games are also provided. This room overlooks a fabulous outdoor entertaining area.
Just step out, take a seat and enjoy a drink.
The large under cover area has a large sofa, cushions, throw rugs, candles and outdoor lighting to set the mood. The yard is a perfect size for this property it is fully enclosed and includes outdoor grill, cooktop and patio table with seating…. The yard is landscaped and fully paved for low maintenance.

Step back inside FL Home and down the next hallway..

First Bedroom has a queen size bed, tallboy, and built-in robes.
The next Bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk on top, there is a trundle bed as well if required and built-in robes. This bedroom accommodates up to 4 children…...there are books to read, games to play and soft toys. A highchair, portable cot and stroller are available on request.
If Children are staying at FL Home they must be under parental supervision
at all times to avoid any unforeseen circumstances.
The main bathroom services these two bedrooms and has a separate shower, bath and vanity with under basin storage.
The Parents Retreat is next at the rear of the property, a very comfortable relaxing space, it has a queen size bed, walk in robe and ensuite with shower, vanity with under sink storage. You will find a comfy chair to curl up in and read or just relax and unwind with the smell of the essential oils burning.....
All bedrooms are supplied with linen, towels, electric blankets and coat hangers (extra blankets and pillows are available on request)

Back down the hallway to a separate toilet. Better than a hotel room, 2 Bathrooms and 2 Toilets...!
Next a fully equipped Laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board & iron. An outdoor clothes line is at rear of the yard.
