MASTER BEDROOM sleeps 1 or 2 guests in a queen size bed with pillow top mattress, tall boy with large mirror, wardrobe

SECOND BEDROOM can sleep 1 or 2 guest in a queen size bed, mirror and clothes hanger.

THIRD BEDROOM sleeps up to 2 guests in 2 single beds, bedside and lamp to share, clothes hanger and mirror

PORTACOT and high chair are available on request.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with full size fridge/freezer, stainless electric oven and cook top, microwave, toaster , kettle, pots, pans, serving dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware with six seater DINING room table, with perfect view of the patio and garden area.

LOUNGE has large comfy L shaped lounge to RELAX after as day of visiting friends and family or sightseeing, with flat screen LCD TV, DVD player, selection DVDs, magazines, books, cd player, radio, reading lamp & coffee table.


BATHROOM has a full size bath and separate shower, mirror hand basin complimentary guest soaps, bath towels, hand towel, face washers and bath mats all supplied. There is a separate toilet

LAUNDRY well equipped with a front load washing machine and separate dryer with a large laundry tub, iron and ironing board (clothes line and pegs supplied) washing powder and cleaning fluids kept in laundry storage cupboards.

A ceiling fan in the main bedroom for those nights you just require a little air movement to a wonderful gas heater in the lounge area to warm you in winter.

The property is a good Location from which to explore what Adelaide has to offer. There are famous wine regions in one direction and beautiful beaches in the other.
