Getting Around

• Glenelg Beach is approximately 10–15 minutes by car.
• Rideshare services (Uber, DiDi) are readily available.
• Public buses operate nearby with regular services to the city.
Free off-street parking is available at the property.
Guests can access the entire house except the garage. Off street parking for two cars on the driveway.
Please note the following before booking:
• This home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Strict no-party and no-event policies apply.
• Quiet hours are 10:00pm – 7:00am and must be respected at all times.
• The pool is not heated.
• Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area.
• No glass is permitted in or around the pool. Plastic glasses provided.
• The number of guests must match the booking. Unauthorised guests are not permitted.
• Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to unless prior approval has been given.
• CCTV installed at the exterior of the property for security purposes.
By booking, guests acknowledge they have read and agree to the house rules and safety guidelines. Booking guest is required to be 25yrs old and over for insurance.

1/ No parties, events or gatherings.
This is a peaceful residential neighbourhood and we strictly respect our neighbours.
2/ Registered guests only.
The number of guests on the booking must match the number staying at the property. No unapproved visitors without prior permission.
3/ Quiet hours:
10:00pm – 7:00am (strictly enforced).
4/ Pool Safety & Liability Notice
The swimming pool is provided for guest enjoyment; however, use of the pool is entirely at the guest’s own risk.
By confirming this booking, guests acknowledge and agree that:
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No diving, running or rough play in the pool area.
• No glassware in or around the pool area.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring the pool gate remains closed and secured at all times.
• The host accepts no liability for accidents, injuries or loss arising from use of the pool.
Guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their booking party.
Failure to follow pool safety rules may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
5/ No smoking or vaping indoors.
Smoking outdoors only, away from doors and windows. All cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.
6/ Bins & checkout:
• Place rubbish in the outside bins.
• Load and start dishwasher before departure.
• Leave the property in a tidy condition.
Failure to comply with house rules may result in cancellation without refund and/or additional charges.
