About this property

"Shanti by the Sea" is a self-contained townhouse 46kms from Adelaide's CBD on the magnificent Fleurieu Peninsula coast. This holiday beach house is located only minutes from the McLaren Vale Wine Region, drive-on beaches around Aldinga, Sellicks and Moana and the pristine sheltered bay of Port Willunga.
Beach access is a short 10 minute walk to the north via the Port Willunga carpark and beach ramp adjacent the Star of Greece restaurant. Alternative access points to the Aldinga reef and marine park are also within easy walking distance to the south.
A fantastic holiday destination all year round with the choice of spending the day on the beach, wine tasting throughout the McLaren Vale Wine Region or venturing further to experience what the Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer.
The property features a huge covered front balcony for guests to enjoy the spectacular sunsets and panoramic sea views.
The main open plan living area has reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans with a wall mounted TV/DVD and a CD player. The property has been extensively renovated, incorporating a bright seaside decor to the interior. The secure rear garden and lawn provides a safe haven for a pet and a large covered pergola area for barbeques and outdoor dining.

Rear secure yard with pergola, lawn area and clothes line.

LINEN:
Beds will have mattress protectors, doonas with cover, pillows with pillow cases, and top and bottom sheets. Spare blankets are also provided for colder nights. If guests have made prior arrangements to use their own linen, bedding MUST still be fitted with mattress protectors, top AND bottom sheets, covers for the doona and pillow cases for the pillows. Linen supplied also includes bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels. Guests will need to provide their own beach towels - bath towels are not to be used on the beach.

FUNCTIONS:
Sorry but our property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY and is not available for functions of any kind, including wedding events such as bucks and hens nights. Our neighbours are permanent residents and reports of excessive noise and/or number of guests will result in immediate eviction from the premises and/or loss of bond.

RUBBISH:
Guests can use the waste and recycle bins provided to dispose of their waste on vacating but are required to follow certain house rules. No rubbish or recyclable items are to be left inside the accommodation and bins must be placed for roadside collection per instructions provided to guest. Excessive waste unable to be placed in bins must be removed from the property to avoid dumping fees.

PETS:
Sorry but pets are no longer allowed except by negotiation. Please contact us prior to confirming your booking if you are considering a pet stay.


COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS: With the Covid-19 Pandemic having long been a publicized risk, it is well known that further outbreaks and travels restrictions are possible at any time. With this in mind, please only book this accommodation if you are prepared to wear the risk of any future travel restrictions at your own cost. Our normal Cancellation Policy remains in force.

RATES & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates vary based on seasonality and weeknight. Minimum stays are generally two (2) nights with the following exceptions
Long weekends minimum three (3) nights
Easter minimum four (4) nights
December & January bookings minimum three (3) nights but with some seven (7) night minimum periods during peak holiday periods.
Exceptions may be negotiated and all booking days and times will be considered depending on availability and season times.
