The Space: 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 upstairs in the following configurations: Master 1, King bed, large walk in robe, private en-suite with shower, double basin, toilet and bidet. Master 2, Queen bed Bedroom 3, 2 x king singles Large bathroom opposite both Master 2 and Bedroom 3 with large bath, shower and separate toilet. TV's are mounted to all bedroom walls. Additional TV downstairs in the lounge, also, a large monitor downstairs that can be hooked up to computer or gaming console. Our large open plan kitchen has everything you need to create your own meals. All crockery and glasses as well as pots and pans provided. Our pantry also provides some staples. Coffee pod machine in kitchen, pods provided. Outside: Pool/Dining area. Featuring pizza oven, BBQ and mini fridge. Drinks in the mini fridge are complementary. All linen and towels are provided. Damage Deposit - By booking our property you are agreeing to pay a $500 damage bond, this will be charged to the payment method you submit for your booking. A 2.5% CC fee will be added to the charge and will not be refunded. After you checkout please send us your bank details and we will direct deposit the $500 back, permitting no damage has been made.
Check in form - By booking our property you are agreeing to filling in our checkin form is sent out to all guests upon booking confirmation. Guests are required to submit a form of government identification (passport, drivers license, proof of age), and information about their stay. Failure to fill in our check in form will result in check in details not being sent out.
