This property is in a great location so close to the beach at the top of the famous zig zag ramp, hosting up to 9 guests across 2-storeys in comfortable and well-equipped spaces.

Just a short stroll to the Seacliff Hotel, yacht club and SLSC. Also within minutes to the jetty road dining strip.

Bedrooms 1 - The master bedroom is upstairs, with balcony and sleeps 2 in a King Size Bed. 40” TV. (Please note there is no ensuite, both bathrooms are downstairs)

Bedroom 2 - Another large bedroom with a King size bed which has built-in robes.

Bedroom 3 - Sleeps 3, bunk bed with double on bottom and single on top

Bedroom 4 - Sleeps 2, 1 x bunk bed, built-in robe and study desk

Living Room:
Spread out on the modular couch, and enjoy the picture quality offered by the 50” TV, as well as a couple of board games to be found on the shelf.

The kitchen has built-in pantry, large fridge/freezer, electric stovetop, oven, coffee machine and many other standard kitchen utensils and appliances you’d expect

Washing Machine is provided in 1 bathroom (no dryer)

Heating/Cooling:
Throughout all the seasons, you’ll always feel comfortable with 2 split system air-conditioners pumping hot or cold air into the main living area and upstairs bedroom. Gas heater also in the dining room. Simple instructions will be provided within the guest guide.
