Settle yourself on the front porch and soak up the surrounds and breathtaking views of the rolling hills and vineyards.

Comprising 4 grand, double bedrooms, each features king sized beds. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and both lead off the central family room. The grandest of these bedrooms offers a very spacious ensuite bathroom and deep, freestanding bath.

This level of the home also features a formal dining room and extra-large formal living area together with an equally large, family room overlooking the well-appointed, chef inspired kitchen.

The grand living room, with cathedral ceilings, awaits your arrival. Currently set up as a prestigious dining area with lounge suits. Double doors lead out onto the verandah which encapsulates those magnificent views. The perfect spot to entertain and hold a more informal gathering or dining experience.

The grandeur continues with decking, paving, a lawned area and garden to the rear yard which leads out to in-ground pool. Relax under the pavilion after a refreshing swim.

Heading upstairs, youre greeted with another 2 large, double bedrooms, again, each containing king sized beds. This area also contains a large living area with its own spectacular views as far as the eye can see.

With ducted, reserve cycle air conditioning throughout the home, youll be conformable no matter what the season.

A few things you need to know.

Were happy to accommodate more formal functions so if youre planning a wedding or special celebration, wed be only too happy to accommodate you. Perhaps give us a call first, just to check. If youd like to check the place out prior to booking, to see if its going to suit your special occasion, were happy to organise that too. All you need do is call. Wed also be happy to help in sourcing wines etc from the world renown McLaren Vale, of which this home is literally, immersed in.

We are generally only able to offer a minimum 2 night stay but unfortunately this is not possible during Easter and Christmas periods.

Please check the minimum lengths of stay during these periods.

Unfortunately we dont allow pets, and there is strictly no smoking permitted inside the home, or on the balcony areas.

**Please also note that we have a strict; No unauthorised functions or parties.** (Penalties and possible civil action may be taken for breaches) If you are hosting perhaps a more formal, private event however, we would love to discuss this with you and will be more than obliging for appropriate functions.

**A fully refundable Security Bond will also be required.
